Our Journey of Continuous Agricultural Innovation
Our development journey has been driven by research, collaboration, engineering and a commitment to solving real problems faced by farmers.
2018
OUAT Ragi Thresher Cum Pearler
Sheet Profile Company obtained a Non-Exclusive License for commercial production of the OUAT Ragi Thresher Cum Pearler, helping bring improved millet processing technology to small and marginal farmers.
2020
Higher-Capacity Ragi Thresher Cum Pearler
Sheet Profile Company obtained a Non-Exclusive License for the development of a higher-capacity version of the OUAT Ragi Thresher Cum Pearler.
A 5 HP diesel-engine-operated version was developed particularly for tribal and remote areas where electricity is unavailable, unreliable or insufficient for electric machines.
This development helped extend millet mechanization to areas with limited access to dependable electrical power.
2023
Millet Cleaner / Dehusking Machine
In collaboration with OUAT, Sheet Profile Company developed a Millet Cleaner / Dehusking Machine to improve millet cleaning and processing.
The machine was developed to provide farmers with cleaner, better-quality and market-ready millet, supporting improved quality for Government procurement and mandi markets.
2023–2024
Dry & Wet Paddy Seed Planters
Sheet Profile Company collaborated with IRRI, Varanasi, for the development of Dry and Wet Paddy Seed Planters.
The development focused on practical mechanization solutions for paddy establishment under different field and cultivation conditions.
2024
Bullock Drawn 4-Row Millet Seed Drill
Sheet Profile Company obtained a Non-Exclusive License for the development of a Bullock Drawn 4-Row Seed Drill for Millets.
The machine provides a practical mechanization option for millet cultivation, particularly where tractor-based machinery may not be suitable or accessible.
2024–2025
Potato Planter Attachment with Combine Harvester
In collaboration with the International Potato Center (CIP), Sheet Profile Company worked on the development of an innovative Potato Planter Attachment for a Combine Harvester.
The concept is designed to enable paddy harvesting and potato planting in a coordinated operation, while making productive use of the paddy straw/mulch remaining in the field.
This development reflects our continued effort to create integrated farm mechanization solutions that can save time, reduce field operations and improve resource utilization.
