- 1975 – Beginning of the group’s business journey through Ranjan Transport.
- 1984 – Establishment of Sheet Profile Company.
- 1996 – Expansion into tractor trailers, water tankers, automobile bus bodies and agricultural implements.
- 1998 – Introduction of the first tipping trolley in Odisha.
- 2004 – Expansion into advanced agricultural machinery under the leadership of Mr. Prabhat Ranjan Sahu.
- 2006 – Development and manufacture of a power-operated maize sheller in Odisha through research collaboration.
- 2015 onwards – Strong collaborative R&D activities with OUAT for small and marginal farmer-oriented agricultural machinery.
- 2017 onwards – Major focus on millet mechanization following the launch of Odisha Millet Mission.
- 2018 – Non-exclusive license obtained for commercial production of OUAT Ragi Thresher Cum Pearler.
